With a new album allegedly coming up in a few weeks I thought it would be nice to see what everyone's favourites are from Motorpsycho's prog period. Arbitrarily starting ten years ago, in 2007, up to today, including live albums and some other things to be inclusive.

Definitely Death.

But I also enjoy LLM, HMF, and BTS.

I've tried several Motorpsycho disks. The only one that resonants with me is Death Defying Unicorn...
He neither drank, smoked, nor rode a bicycle. Living frugally, saving his money, he died early, surrounded by greedy relatives. It was a great lesson to me -- John Barrymore

I only have 3 of their albums, love them all, but Still Life With Eggplant 'does it' for me !! Just BRILLIANT !!
Love Unicorn but it's a dense, tough listen, and Behind The Sun is a blast. I do need to get more.

I'm not a big fan per say, but if I have to choose, I would say Behind The Sun.

If there's another Motorpsycho album as good as The Death Defying Unicorn...I want to know about it.

I came to them through Death-Defying Unicorn and absolutely love it. I have since bought everything I could find and am only missing a couple.

I voted for the album I listen to most, Child of the Future.

What a fabulous band!

No more fans here?? By the way, I voted for Unicorn, though like Tapfret said, Eggplant is close.

I own Heavy Metal Fruit and Little Lucid Moments. I looooove the jamming in the sing be it hard rock headbangers or postrock noodling or jazzy jamming.

Need to listen to more before voting.

Woohoo for hard-rocking epics! Also I swear there was a rock hit within the last 3 years that used some lyrics from Gullibles. I'll try to think of it. Not that I remember said knockoff being terribly good.
