Greetings from Cornwall!

I'm a fifty something bassist from Cornwall. raised on 60's / 70's Prog and Underground Music.

Geddy / Chris Squire / John Wetton are obvious influences, but I love a real broad range of stuff!

I played with the SGT Project a few years back - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOyH6bgTSRE

Ha! - looks like there's a lot of us about!

The great thing about being fifty something for me is that I now have more time for music and all the other things that make me happy.

I also hope my playing has improved a bit over time, but many would disagree :)

I'll be down in Devon in a few weeks time. We should get together and make an album of bass improvisations. We'd sell millions!

^ I'd buy a 2 bass/2 drum improv outfit.   I think you'd sell at least 83 copies.

^Kind of like Fripp's double trios minus the guitarists? Or the rhythm section from Yes' Union tour?

After thinking of those examples, I realized they both feature Levin and Bruford. LOL

I actually own an album by bass supergroup SMV that features three bass players.

Also, for a change, I am not a fifty-something bass player from the UK.
