I have checked the progfreak.com here http://progfreak.com/PA-50702.html?path=psych/nw
and it seems that CT Madness has been moved to Psychedelic Prog Chart instead of the Electronic chart. Is this a mistake? Thanks

It's the same team that takes care of several related subgenres: PSIKE = Psychedelic + Indo/Raga + Krautrock + Prog Electronic. Edited by Tuzvihar - July 21 2017 at 11:36 |

EDIT: oops, spent enough time looking into this after I started on the post that I didn't notice it had already been responded to. My response is quite redundant now.
I think that I can clear this one up. Crossover felt that it was best suited to Electronic so they voted move and brought it to the attention of the PSIKE team. PSIKE covers various categories: Psychedelic, Indo Prog/ Raga Rock, Krautrock and Electronic. Psych, which used to be a separate team, was amalgamated with Indo-Prog/ Krautrock and Electronic. If you look at the categories in ProgFreak, the categories represented by the PSIKE team only had a progfreak entry for Psych because Krautrock/ Electronic and Raga did not use that chart. So now I expect when it goes on the charts they just use the Psych entry to cover all of the PSIKES team's purview. The Psych PA evaluation category at Progfreak could be remade as PSIKE to reflect the amalgamation, but that could still generate some confusion due to the vast majority being in Psych since they used the chart for so long (a rename might be a good idea, such as Psych+IKE but progfreak is not part of Prog Archives, and I don't know if I'd ask Mike there to bother. The charts are primarily there to help the team to stay organised and they understand it.
It's not in PA yet, it's now under evaluation by the PSIKE team. When teams are alerting people of a move to another category they commonly mean that evaluation has moved to another team (they voted move, meaning that another team should check it out, and then that team might vote move again). It's the terminology that teams commonly use. See the voting options for Prog Archives evaluations at progfreak: Yes Prog-Related No Need Time Unsure Abstain Move Edited by Logan - July 21 2017 at 11:57 |

This to me sounds similar in stile to Jean-Michel Jarre type of music, but on a simpler level... Those who love Tangerine Dream music and so forth.
