ELP by a country mile over ELO, but unfortunately I don't know enough about this 'ELOY' to vote.

Eloy a smidge over ELP for me.
ELO are a few rungs down from the others. Still, a very good band (first 4 albums mainly).

ELP for me...I love the first 4 Eloy albums but not much after that.  As far as other "E" bands, Eno and Ethos are way up there but just don't have enough great albums to compare with ELP Wink

I have enormous respect for Jeff Lynne as a songwriter-producer, which puts ELO on the top for me.

Another 'E' would be Egg - and much as I like them, ELP will always be the top of the 'e!

ELP >>>>>>>>> Egg > ELOY >>>> ELO

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

Eloy over ELP, as I really only like ELP through "Welcome Back" but Eloy have made MANY albums I love. ELO never really did it for me, other than an occasional song or two.

ELP just ahead of Eloy, trailed by ELO.
Welcome to the middle of the film.

ELP, followed by ELO, of those listed. As for other "E" bands that aren't too shabby, there's also:

Earth & Fire
East of Eden
Ekseption
Embryo
(The) Enid
Et Cetera
