Instead of just asking why someone is not here, why not making a well explained suggestion why that someone should be here in your opinion. Smile 
I didn't know John Hackett would have a prog rock [-related] discography, other than classically oriented collaborations with Steve, and other classical music recordings, as one would expect from a flautist. Unfortunately All Music Guide, in which John Hackett and his albums are included, doesn't give much information...

He's released at least 2 prog albums (one quite recent and its a double as well) and performed live with his band at the Classic Rock Society. There is no need for any reasoned argument as he obviously should be on the site ( I actually thought he already was!)

The albums in question are 
We Are Not Alone 2017
Another Life 2015

Both are most definitely prog! Not sure if they would be included in Crossover/ Prog Related or Neo. Tricky one that.

Checking out of London is defineatly another one which is 100% prog.
