Just heard the very sad news that Liam (ex Mostly Autumn) has passed away.

I met him (I live near York) and he was a delightful guy.

RIP.

No - but I'm keeping a look out in the local press to see if I can get more details.
I know some of the band, but I think it would be wrong to intrude on their very obvious grief.

The Facebook posts I saw make it sound that it was sudden and unexpected... I hope it wasn't some stupid thing. Met the band around the release of Storms Over Still Water, from the little I spoke to them I got a very good impression of Liam.

May he rest in peace.

I've listened to one of his solo albums just yesterday. It's totally unexpected.
