Yes.  It is good.  I think that it fits in with the Symphony X catalog.  At parts it has a little bit more electronic sound to it, but otherwise I think that it is something that will satisfy the Symph X prog metal itch.  I've not actually sat down with the lyric book yet to see how well it works as a concept album, so I can't really comment in regards to that.  Embarrassed
