This thread will be strictly based on Progarchives.com listed artist's 2017 release cover art. The music on the album can be utter rubbish. Please post your favorite 2017 album cover with the PA image [img] tag. Post ONE cover per reply. As the thread is populated with covers, return and use the "Thanks" function for the replies that have covers you like. Thank as many as you like. The time for closing nominations will be totally arbitrary...but I'm thinking mid-February. I will count up the "Thanks" and take the top 8 or 16 for a final poll "tournament bracket" to determine the winner.

Have fun!

I don't really care for this year's Wobbler album but I think the cover looks fantastic:

"Larks' tongues. Wrens' livers. Chaffinch brains. Jaguars' earlobes. Wolf nipple chips. Get 'em while they're hot. They're lovely. Dromedary pretzels, only half a denar."

Lots of covers I've liked this past year. Here's one.

The color scheme of L'ira del Baccano's Paradox Hour really caught my eye. The format with the squares at the bottom with Dungeons and Dragons dice is a nice added touch.
