I only listen to the radio in the car and I no longer sleep there. I am an insomniac who regularly listens to podcasts in bed (Adam Buxton, Sam Harris, Very Bad Wizards etc.).
Just a fanboy passin' through.

I listen to those 10 hour Youtube recording of jet airplanes to help me sleep. Voices and music of any kind keep me awake. Apart from Eno's Music for Airports.
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!
