I'll give another write-in vote for Adrian Belew

Took me a while to understand the question. Thought we were talking about their solo work working on the KC albums. If we're talking about their solo albums, it's between Fripp and Bruford, although I haven't heard any David Cross albums and I'm not that impressed by any of the Wetton albums. Bruford for me.

I voted for David Cross. I suspect that many PA members haven't heard his albums, none of my friends who are into prog heard any of them until I played some for them. His best album, "Exiles," is very close to King Crimson in sound. It only has 45 ratings. His other albums, even less. Would have voted Fripp (love Exposure) but he has too many duds for my taste. Wetton is way too commercial for me. Bruford probably is a close second to Cross.

Easily Fripp. Bruford's done some good stuff too. I'll have to check out what David Cross was up to after KC.

From the list, Fripp. Otherwise, I would have voted Tony Levin.

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

Wetton is the most prolific and, in a way, the most interesting.
But I'd say Adrian Belew. |

Bruford...I love Exposure, but I'll take Bruford's body of solo work over RF

Don't quite understand the poll question either and think that whichever it is, I'd have liked to see Adrian Belew listed. |
