Happiness. I can experience it, but not understand it.

^ I'd say happiness is a feeling rather than a concept, so you either feel it or you don't.   That's what makes emotions different than concepts.

I'd say devout religiousness is something I struggle to fully grasp.

The less I try to compartmentalize thought, emotion, and action, and start just dealing with "states of being", the more my life flows nicely.

Happiness is a consequence of your choice of perception IMHO. It's not easy to language and very easy to misinterpret and misapply, and throw the baby out with the bathwater and conclude personal growth philosophy is all BS.

I don't understand religious faith in a modern context.

I also don't understand cold fusion or quantum physics, but that's my fault I guess.

There is nothing to understand. Happiness is there to experience.
Most of the things that make us happy are rather nonsensical. Life is truly what you make it.

Would it make you happier if you were able to talk to a dog while snuggling up against it...or is the notion of experiencing things that cannot be explained through normal communication simply not up to par unless you can decipher it?
The concept of understanding anything is really overrated compared to experiencing the very same.

Oh, I thought it was about concept-albums...

It's silly, but I don't understand the concept of sports.
Can't we have physical activities instead? It sounds less "pricky".

I can't understand the concept of feet. I'd rather have wheels.

The competitve attitude, that win-at-all-costs mentality.

I never had nothing to prove to anyone and many of these folks bores me to death.

and yes, I'm a loser baby.

This. It makes me very curious about what happens after I die.

I will never understand the concept of work being the most important thing in your life. People who choose career first is something I will never understand.

The concept of atheism is alien to my mind.  I could never personally adopt the view.

How did you feel before you were conceived?
