Topic: Opeth: My Arms Your Hearse vs Ghost Reveries? Posted: January 15 2018 at 08:55 |
Opeth fans, pick an album between these two.
MAYH easily gets my vote, I think GR is an overrated Opeth album.

I'd still pick GR but I don't love it as much as I did when it first came out. Will usually go with Deliverance or BP if I'm in an Opeth mood.

Agree. MAYH is way better. GR is one of their worst albums, IMO.

Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

Count me in for Ghost Reveries. It has the keyboards that add to the Prog atmosphere, as well as a bunch of amazing songs. My Arms, Your Hearse is wonderfully brutal though.

I agree. Not a big fan of Opeth though, but I enjoy listening to them from time to time.

MAYH. It was the album that introduced me to Opeth, and it's still my favourite. I miss the growls.....
