Bands listed in alphabetical order. Some tracks for those that don't know them (sorry if you don't like my choices, but feel free to list your own tracks off albums of your choice).
Methinks Eskaton pour moi. |

I like them all, but for a short period I've been in touch with Clive Brooks, sadly passed away last year. He told me that Mont Campbell had material for a full new album but they didn't have money to record it, also because the three were living in different cities. This is why my vote goes to EGG.

Embryo. Lots of excellent albums. I'm probably just as fond of Egg's three albums as my favorites by the former band so its about quantity. Eskaton and Eider Stellaire are great too.

Just listened to all of these. The first one was definitely the most interesting. The second one was good but very repetitive. The third one was very good, I liked it a lot. The fourth one was my choice though(interesting and I believe the best one for me to meditate to lol, plus I'm kind of a sucker for female vocals). The fifth one, Idk it was like the guy was singing in French or something.. it was good though.

As Embryo is kind of "world jazz rock fusion" here's another short example

The only one I've heard of out of those five is Egg, and the only song I've heard of from Egg is "Long Piece No. 3". So Egg but by default basically. I'll try to listen to more Egg soon though. My "to be listened to" list is still on more widely liked bands than Egg, Gentle Giant and Van Der Graaf Generator, so I'll have to postpone immediate listening of them until I get through those two (too many bands, not enough time!)

Five amazing bands, went with Eider Stellaire this time but there's not a bad choice here.

All good stuff, but nothing really tops Egg for me.

I like all of these, but I have a special fondness for Eskaton's 4 Visions.
