inspired by the Genesis 'S' poll...

does Mad Man Moon have any competition?

have I forgotten any other "M" song?

Man of Our Times. Misunderstanding is maybe the worst Genesis-piece, specially with that eighties vid.

"Mad Man Moon" is gorgeous, sophisticated, and Tony, Steve, and Phil at their best, but I've always loved the shock and unexpected freshness of "Mama." It's just not the type of sound/song I EVER expected from Genesis. And, for me, it works!

Very interesting choice for a lead single to the album, too!

Mad Man Moon - 'prime' Genesis - but Mama was a late period highlight. Can I echo the previous view of Misunderstanding, though!

Mama is a brilliant song. That is where my vote goes.

Next would be Me and Sarah Jane.
