Just an updated list for me, top 5 in no particular order:
Double Vision by Arena The Automata albums by Between the Buried and Me, particularly the second one Seas of Change by Galahad Noise Floor by Spock's Beard Five by Tony Banks I also enjoyed the new EP from Plini (Sunhead), and I thought The Sea Within was pretty good, but I think I need to go back and listen to it again to really appreciate it. Albums I'm looking forward to still are the new Coheed and Cambria album in October (The Unheavenly Creatures) and the new Tool album if it comes out this year. Also, outside of Prog, the new album by Jungle (For Ever). I wish I was looking forward to the new Muse album but based on the three singles they've released it sounds like sh*t so far.

Struggling a bit with this year so far. Dream The Electric Sleep - The Giants New Ground is my favourite but I'm not sure that it really counts as they originally recorded it nearly 10 years ago. Looking forward to Lazuli's 8th album. This is a band that deserves more love. |

Judy Dyble: Earth Is Sleeping
Quite recently noticed she´s released new album this year (also didn´t know she made a great one last year). Highly recommended to all who love really beautiful, but personal music and really beautiful female voice!

Alec K Redfearn & The Eyesores - The Opposite is outstanding, right up there with Sister Death. Saw them play 5 of the tracks at ProgDay, were the band of the festival by a large margin.

Awesome! Per the newsletter, it's shipping now from Wayside. I bought the CD from Bandcamp and it also says ships within 3 days, although the digital doesn't unlock until October. Been meaning to pick up another album from this band for a while, Sister Death is great.
