My introduction to the extraordinary and unique sound of this Icelandic band, I happen to find myself humbled and astonished at many of the soundscapes here, but it is "Ný Batterí" that pulls me back and never fails to amaze.

it's a great album, my favorite from them, I haven't listened to it in quite a while, I will and get back to this poll. :)

Took me a while to start marvelling at this album (and band). The "Svefn-g-englar" and   "Staralfur" combo always gets me but my vote goes to the underdog, "Olsen Olsen".

I'd tend to say that I prefer the paranthesis album over this one these days.

This album is extremely dear to me, and along with ( ) probably among my top 10 albums ever. So it's hard to pick one, but it might well be Viðrar Vel Til Loftárasa. I think I might listen to this one tomorrow.

I love Sigur Ros, although for me this album was more difficult to get into than several others. Anyway, the relentless power of Ny Batteri draws my vote.
