seen a Rush vs Zep poll and thought of this.

Both songs have some nice synth work that's why I chose them.

vote and discuss... :)

I can see why you chose these two to battle it out. That 'synth' sound dominates both and for both bands it was rather atypical in style. I go for 'Camera Eye' as it's a stronger track in my view and was a key part of one of their best albums - even if other tracks on 'Moving Pictures' are stronger.

Carouselambra

easily...  lost in the synth shuffle was some smoking JPJ bass playing.

Wow, what a tough choice. That is possibly Zepp's proggiest. However, that is one of my favorite Rush tunes. I have to go with Rush on this one.

Love both, but The Camera Eye is the better of these. Both belong to my favourite songs of these two bands.

Camera Eye is an unfolding adventure. That other one is off that other Zep' album. No comparison.

so the song Carouselambra is unworthy,  not a good song because it's on an album that's not that known?

Glad to see Carouselambra holding its own here.  One of my favorite Zep songs ever. JPJ is stunning at all levels but there are also many layers of Page's guitar in there as well. Some nice breaks and changes throughout.

Zeppelin easily. I never liked the second half of Moving Pictures.

Carouselambra. The second side of In Through the Outdoor is really much better than second side of Moving Pictures, backwards in first sides of those albums.
