This is for the song you truly dislike. If it doesn't apply to your favorite band, then work your way down your favorites. :)

Edited for dictionary considerations.

^ why do people use the word "hate" so easily, shall I send for a dictionary? (LOL)

Whodunnit is the best example of a song that is a wtf moment for me.

"More Fool Me" is the only song I can think of that I don't fancy from Genesis (especially in the context of the record).

I've never had any issues with More Fool Me. I don't think it's a bad song as so many say. Oh well...

"Hate" is too strong a word. I don't even hate stuff that I don't care for. I dislike. Hate is like you spend time and effort just hating it. If I don't like something, I move on to something else, there is no reason to hate.

Songs that I don't care for from some of my favorite bands:

Anathema - Distant Satellites
Camel - Remote Romance
Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band - The Dust Blows Forward 'N The Dust Blows Back
Devin Townsend - As You Were
Dream Theater - The ASStonishing (the whole album)
Gentle Giant - Giant For A Day (any song)
Jethro Tull - A Passion Play (some parts)
Opeth - The Seventh Sojourn
Pain Of Salvation - Curiosity
Pink Floyd - Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast
Rush - Closer To The Heart

No hate, but long Pink Floyd's songs never worked for me.

Pink Floyd, the song Seamus from Meddle, an almost perfect album and they put "THIS" and the end of side 1, an awful filler if there ever was one.
Long live Progresive music!

ELP ....really like the first 4 albums but on Tarkus, Trilogy, and BSS never cared for the 'beer hall' tracks like R U Reddy Eddy, The Sheriff, and Benny the Bouncer.....

Hi,

NONE. I don't buy things or listen to an artist to comment on the amount of poop that just went down the drain pipe on the throne! Specially when we all have/do it at one time or another! We just didn't record it on an album!

(Special mention to RW and RG, of course!)

Embarrassed
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Kate Bush's "The Big Sky" is pretty bad, and otherwise that lady is very close to the top of my list.
Although I'd normally list Can as my no. 1 band and they have some pretty awful stuff such as the Can Can single. But I'd forgive them easily because when they did such things it was usually some kind of cultural experiment rather than to be taken all too seriously.

She has made some songs I don't particularly like but that isn't one of them.

I agree, most Tormato has become unlistenable except the opening and closing tracks and Release Release.

Also there are like 3 maybe 4 good tracks on Union (and there are a lot of songs on it, like 14 if I remember right).
