I think Sigur Ros for me, but I do like Björk and Abba a lot too. I used to listen to Roxette. Never got into Opeth much.

Björk's Utopia was one of the most transformative albums for me in terms of the way I compose and produce, so I have to pick Björk.

Why only Icelandic & Swedish artists? I don´t think these artists construct any particular nordic scene. Also I can understand ABBA with those other artists but Roxette!? But anyway from these artists, that any of not my big favourites, it´s Björk. Just because her great Vespertine & Medulla -albums. Opeth after growl vocals is quite good too.
