Plentiful harmonium here:

Muskox - 5 Pieces

There's also a killer album by guitarist Anthony Curtis, The Book of The Key, where Mike Keneally plays harmonium only.

The last track on Radiohead’s Kid A features a Pump Organ.
.......actually, i used to own one years ago, a late 19th Century Mason & Hamlin model. It sounded real good.

There's a great song by Penguin Cafe Orchestra that starts off with and features the harmonium. It's on their live album "When in Rome..." and should be on one of their studio albums. It's proggy and uptempo.

PENGUIN CAFE ORCHESTRA - "Music For a Found Harmonium"

There's some Harmonium on Rock Bottom by Robert Wyatt.

How about in proto prog? Harmonium in "We Can Work It Out" by the Beatles and pump organ in "Butcher's Tale" by the Zombies.
This message was brought to you by a proud supporter of the Deep State.

Alamaiilamn Vasarat uses pump organ (Miikka Huttunen) which is an Avant Prog band and has been a favourite modern band of mine. Tin Hat is another Avant Prog band that uses it. I think Hour of the Shipwreck in Crossover uses it. The Spacious Mind in Psych/Space uses it. It's used in Anekdoten's Nucleus. Birdsongs of the Mesozoic in Avant Prog has used it. It was used in William D. Drake's Briny Hooves. Faun Fables in Prog Folk has used it. Gosta Berlings Saga has used it, so has Woven Hand and Bob Drake and Anacrusa. It gets used in an eclectic assortment of music.
Just a fanboy passin' through.

I believe there's some harmonium on the title track to Islands by King Crimson - also some oboe for people following that other thread (and bass flute and trumpet if those threads ever pop up).

Are there any progressive rock bands that use pump organ. Or what sub genre does it fitt the most?

I bet some avant bands and Tom Waits inspired prog uses it.
