Hi OHMIES,
My apologies.  It has been awhile since the last update.  Only about a month (October 18) until Amino Acid Flashback hits the stores via Blacknote Records (www.blacknoterecords.com).   The new cd is available for pre-order though them now, so drop them a line through the aformentioned website.
There will be a review of the new disc in the November 2005 issue of Guitar Player Magazine so please watch out for that.   Many thanks to Matt Blackett for making it happen and writing the review.  Chris also just filmed an interview for the LA TV show, THE METAL SCENE, last week so watch for that to air soon.   We'll keep you posted as to the exact air date.   Many thanks to Ron Estrada for making that happen.
Lots of other stuff in the mix as well.  Below is the current OHM: show schedule.  You guys are so supportive!  It is because of you that the Tone Merchants show sold out in August.  Incredible crowd and playing from Thomas Leeb and OHM:.  Hopefully we can get OHM: and Thomas Leeb on the same bill again soon.  If you missed the show do yourself a favor and check Thomas out at www.thomasleeb.com
We really need your continued support in light of some of the new venues the band will be playing, such as Club Good Hurt and Blind Melons.  The band is trying to get out to a variety of areas for the fans and we need to get people out to these shows to make sure the guys can come back.   We will have flyers available soon for anyone who might want to spread them around.  Just drop me a line and I'll hook you up.
Finally, can't say enough about the new record.  I have been listening to it for a couple of weeks now.  The guys just keep progressing and giving us more great OHMAGE.  I think many will be very pleasantly surprised with this record and the big jump in production.  Kofi Baker really displays some intense skillz as well on his first studio outing with OHM:.  After hearing Kofi you'll say, "Ginger who?"
Once again thank you for all the support...OHM: couldn't do it without the OHMIES.  Special thanks goes out to Mike Sherry (tireless promoter extrodinaire), Petar Sardelich (producer and all around renaissance man) and Rich Chavez (for making the CP website a work of fine art).  More later...

All the Best,
Steve Bauer
