As for musicians I would say: Bill Bruford, Robert Fripp, Peter Gabriel and Peter Hammill. It's all just speculation. In non prog we have Brian May from Queen who aside from being a great guitarist is an astrophysicist.
In non music of course we have the current US president Donald Trump. He's by far the smartest president we've ever had. So smart that even the russians like him.
