Cool!

A friend made me a prog sampler of lesser known bands after I'd been into prog a couple years and the first time I heard that Concise British Alphabet pt 1 & 2, I thought, these guys are crazy...I love it LOL

And the lucky number in my bowl is two. Sorry, just had to flush that out of my system as there can never be 2 much recognition of Canterbury Scene, Sound, Smelled or Flavoured music. Wait, did that make any sense?
Just a fanboy passin' through.

I'm surprised I haven't seen this poll before, until I realised it was posted a year before I joined our happy ProgArchives community. Smile

My psychedelic vote goes to Xhol Caravan and the fairly obscure album, Electrip. I thought the album could do with a vote against the other much better-known Caravan in the trailer park. Smile

The Arzachel album is also a favourite of mine too - it's one of the first albums I ever reviewed.

What's that sound?  It's me not rising to the bait!  Anyway, I am voting for the highest UK charting album of the Canterbury scene.

Cuneiform's $5 bandcamp album this week is the Carol Grimes and Delivery album from 1970.  It includes Phil Miller, Steve Miller, Roy Babbington, and Pip Pyle.  I've not heard of this before but I think that I will check it out.
