I just recently came across this band. Based on what I have heard I would say they are definitely psych/space rock. Here are some samples:
Also, here is their fb page: https://https://www.facebook.com/amgalatemple/ Some more info about the band here: http://www.sputnikmusic.com/bands/Amgala+Temple/107517/

Thanks for checking them out. There's really nothing in it for me other than the satisfaction of sharing good music.
Also, not surprised they are from Norway. That seems to be a real hotbed for prog these days. Edited by AFlowerKingCrimson - November 19 2018 at 17:40 |

Hi,
Enjoying this listen ... for some oddball reason it occasionally sounds like Ozric Tentacles without the overrated and loud guitar solo ... very nice and enjoyable ... more plz more plz more plz It also has, for me, a very west coast psychedelic sounding thing ... kind of like what you might have heard at the Fillmore on any given night while tripping. It's a nice feeling all around, and very enjoyable. I know a lot of folks might not like the drug reference (kinda implied!), but in the end, the majority of the drugginess was not necessary as the music was fine on its own.

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
