This is an American 70s band with one album only. They combine several styles of rock, but I think the prog elements would be enough to secure a place here. Prog-Related is also an option I would consider. Otherwise, beside prog, there is also Hard Rock and AOR, with constant use of flute. Check for yourselves.

Thanks for sharing, I've never heard of them before (and I'm in the USA).  

Possible symphonic prog, I don't make those calls on PA.  

I wonder what their biography was?  Here's what I could find without much trouble:
