got me there on this one...  if Raff has any of these I don't remember hearing any of them.

putting out the call... give me samples..... not familiar with any of these other than Kayo Dot though I think I may have heard Rational Diet in the past.

thanks! Enjoyed the listens

four entered.... two remain for my vote

Aksak Mabool and Rational Diet were heads above the other two.. at least to these ears with those particular samples

then Factor Burzaco

and October Equis bringing up the rear.

We have both October Equus and Factor Burzaco albums at home. I reviewed them in the past, for my blog and other sites. Some of the Rational Diet albums are available on Bandcamp from the AltRock website. All three bands are great, and highly recommended. Not very familiar with Aksak Maboul, and Kayo Dot has failed to make too much of an impression so far.

BTW, voted for October Equus. Guitarist Angel Ontalva is a very talented musician and composer, and has released a lot of truly interesting music in the past few years. If you already haven't, check out the album he released this year with Russian band Vespero, by the title of Carta Marina. Excellent stuff, to be found on Bandcamp.

^ god you are so hot....

anyhow...  would have been a coin flip for me between Aksak Mabool and Rational Diet but Mabool needs the vote and Diet isn't getting bageled.. so Mabool gets the vote.
