I'd like to recommend to You a forgotten Polish jewel named Kobong from the Tech/Extreme Prog Metal subgenre: http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=5129.

They issued only two albums in the 90s. They are often compared to Meshuggah and Mr Bungle. You can listen on Youtube:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eLQu9QOb3Y&list=PLDXMx5t0L6U6J2H8Ldxr59xLWyWrsk4bM

Both of the albums have been reissued in the last two months of the last year after many years of unavailability. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Clap

BTW, I forgot to mention that the reissue of the debut album includes a bonus disc with a gig from the same year!
