I only like Pinkroom and Quidam from your list, but these two have many other influences as well, their not cloning the PT sound, that's why i like them.
To be honest, I don't care much for the rest.

The Pineapple Theif - of course, Bruce Soord is good mates with Steven W. Could even say some of the later Opeth albums have a slight Wilson / PT influence - again, Steven and Mikael.

There are probably a number of albums that this applies to, as I can recall members of the evaluation team complaining about how so many of the new bands sounded like Porcupine Tree.  One from my collection that comes to mind is Balloon.

Another possibility could be RPWL, although I think that they mostly just have the same Pink Floyd influences as Porcupine Tree.

I don't think Sylvan and Airbag sound like PT. Airbag especially. Airbag are mostly influenced by Pink Floyd (as was PT in their earlier days).

One missing from the original list is the Italian band Nosound. I would like to think they and others have matured and evolved their sound over time.

Osta Love (Germany) influenced by Pink Floyd (The Wall) and Porcupine Tree (Signify) on their first album.

I was thinking the same thing, I am sure not many would agree but you could say some of the KScope label success is from PT/SW as well as BurningShed store sales.
