A new band that their album on CD and Vinyl will be out on 3/29/19 I just listened to it on Bandcamp and they are amazing, listen to tracks 7, 9, 10, 11 they 100% belong here

I put considerable time into trying to explain this in your Lingus thread, but I guess it wasn't clear enough? I'll shorten it as my length and girth can be intimidating.

Because you didn't actually add the band to PA, you only suggested it.

Only 5 star people can physically add bands at this site, and the default is that the name of the one logged-in who adds it is credited for the addition. If you want some credit, offer to prepare the addition for the team, including writing an original bio, then sign your name to it. That way, if they accept your offer, your name will be associated with the artist on the bandpage.

It was very clear but ALL of my 12-13 posts happened about the same time, so yes I got what you posted on the Lingus thread but I had many other concerns about other bands too!
