I love the two obvious choices to pieces but gave my vote to Pow R Toc H, that nice little source of so much joy.

Interstellar was the best thing they did before Echoes came along.

Oh well, I do love PULSE. I mean, bands don't always have to twist their songs all around to make a good live album, and just because they didn't do one song as astonishing as one might want will it destroy the whole value of the performance. Pink Floyd usually has done great with their live presentations as far as I'm concerned, either at the beginning when they would experiment and jam and rework their songs, making them much greater, or later on when they would be more faithful, but then they would make a few changes, make some things heavier, or updated a bit, still often enough there will be stuff that sounds better than the original studio ones. |

All I like is prog related bands beginning late 60's/early 70's. Their music from 1968 - 83 has the composition and sound which will never be beaten. Perfect blend of jazz, classical, folk and rock.
