I could have sworn that The Beatles were on the site, but I couldn't find them, had they been removed, or were they never here to begin with? I think that if the site can allow bands like Queen to on here, The Beatles would have to be included, not at all for their origional dance-band music, but their Rubber Soul and on era. All those album having been expirimentally psycedelic, have traits that obviously left presidence on modern prog. Funny thing how most prog musicians slate The Beatles as inspirations, Mike Portnoy and Neil Morse, full of beatle-mania. Not to get off topic, but I have a live transatlantic dvd where they cover side two of Abbey Road, as well as Shine on your Crazy Diamond. MADD good.

I agree. If we get Queen and Talk Talk, the Beatles, but also the Pretty Things and Jimi Hendrix should be in (listen to side 4 of Electric Ladyland - A merman I should turn to be).

yeah I agree, being a HUGE Beatles fan myself...

we have a proto-prog section now, I think they could be included there.
