I don't know...listening to this music has switched my prog sensors on. Maybe because somethiung in the voice reminded me to Demetrio Stratos...but I can be wrong, what do you think? |

Sure, it's mainly ethnic and obviously oriental. What impressed me is tge voice and the contamination of heavy guitar. But you're right, nit a fix for the site. We have already the indo/raga sub :)

Found some other vids that worked and yeah pretty infectios stuff. I got many hundreds albums containing various oriental/ethnic music or whatever generalizing term I should use for all this different music of different origins. I rarely stumble over something I'd label progressive rock, but within many musical traditions "complex compostions and weird timesignatures" is just your normal, festive dance music.
