4 destinguished releases by four different units. Two of early 70s steaming U.K/trancenational units of Mahavishnu and Robert. And one 80s post-punk and art rock unit of XTC. Opeth is of swedish progressive death metal. Their last fully growly album. .

Three bands and one solo effort. Prog fusion, post- punk and death metal. Yet all have one element in the album title. Rock (earth), water, sky (air) and flame (fire) so endulge yourself.

I was expecting some other choices based on the title.

Wyatt forever. This is easy, Rock Bottom is one of my very favourite albums.

Just a fanboy passin' through.

Mahavisnu Orchestra got two distinct albums featuring /pyro/ in the name, Inner Mounting Flame and Birds of Fire. Could have gone with either but went with the debute.

I’m going to go with Opeth.
I still love Rock Bottom with all my heart, but Mahavishnu and XTC never really clicked with me.

The XTC album is excellent, better than much else I heard from them; respect also to Mahavishnu, but Rock Bottom is one of my all-time greats and cannot be beaten that easily.
