I know only two of them: Magenta and Pendragon
Curiosity killed a cat, Schroedinger only half.

I voted for Magenta because they've always been one of my favourite Neo-Prog bands and I'm not really familiar with the other four bands in your poll. I've heard of Pendragon, but I haven't listened to any of their music.

Pendragon from the list. Would have been IQ if listed.

Pendragon is the only one I know.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Easily Lifesigns for me, although I do very much like Pendragon and Magenta.

Lifesigns en Damenek are some nice recommendations, didn't know about these bands before this poll
I'm guitarist and songwriter for the prog-related band Mother Bass. Find us at http://www.motherbass.com. I also enter stages throughout the Netherlands performing my poetry.

Definitely worth checking out, have a look at Manning's back catalogue as well (Guy Manning is a forum member here).

From this list - I've no idea
so I mention Diagonal.

They released 3 great albums.
First self-titled album is very eclectic and diverse (from dirty hammond, electric piano, mellotron, heavy guitar to saxophone)
Second has more jazz-rock jam psych style with even more saxophone- also very good.

This year they released 3rd album "Arc" - it moves toward more atmospheric, introspective style - but played with great skill and sense of classic prog composition. Not as bombastic as first album or transe-intensive as second, but very good!

I love them but I'm not sure about them being neo prog as such. They are quire hard to classify though. I wouldn't put them in crossover or symph either although if there was such a thing as 'crossover symph' then that that may do it Wink

Magenta

We Are Legend is a brilliant album and one of their best. They did a live album which crossed that and their other great album and called it appropriately We Are Seven. Highly recommended.

Yeah, deliberate omission along with The Tangent as I was interested to see who would win out of these bands.
