I am not quite certain how to understand the question. do you mean modern bands that sound like some other specific band of that "golden era"? or do you mean modern bands that just sound like being of that era?

^ Yep Astra are well worth checking out. Very 'seventies retro' indeed although more towards early Floyd meets Sabbath rather than the symphonic stylings of Yes.
