None. I gave myself Martin Barre's "50 Years of Jethro Tull" and Steve Hackett's "Genesis Revisited for Band and Orchestra," both excellent albums, and I'm glad I know what I like, so I can gift myself music I will really enjoy.

Opeth - In Cauda Venenum, the CD set with both the Swedish and English versions.

It was the only album I received. I suggested a few others that were on Bandcamp, but I'm guessing my family preferred to stick with the more familiar Amazon for their web-ordering. It's getting harder to find music that I like and don't already have in stores locally.

I did get a pTrumpet (a plastic trumpet), though, so that's at least a gift that'll provide me some musical interest. Maybe it'll end up on a prog album one day.

I got 2 DVDs:
Oysterband - 25th Anniversary Concert (not prog but brilliant)
Horslips - Return of the Dancehall Sweethearts (a documentary of the band, which really brings home why they are the most important Irish band of all time, bar none).
A TVR is not a car. It's a way of life.

I was delighted to receive two Van Der Graaf Generator CD's as gifts for Christmas, but that was only because I bought them for myself back in November. Smile
