Anyone heard Body Hound's first full length album No Moon? Prog mag describes them as a math-prog King Crimson for a new generation. All instrumental... great music for the musically adventurous. Check them out.

All I can say we have totally different opinions whatīs great music and whatīs not. "Pillar Of Light" and "Monolith" are only pieces I like a little (maybe also because theyīre short). But...each of his own.

I checked your review page and we have a lot in common musically (Kansas, Tull, Yes, Rush, Zappa, etc.). I feel the music on No Moon has a similar style to King Crimson's Red, which is currently rated as one of the best prog albums ever on PA. Personally, I would rate Red  higher than No Moon, but I really like this band and I thought more members of this forum would enjoy this. Oh well.

Anyway, thanks to anyone who takes the time to listen to something new.

I find it more similar to KC albums after seventies. Problem is they donīt add anything really personal & own into their music IMO. I am not a big fan those after seventies KC-albums, but when I want to listen that kind of music, I rather listen those KC albums, because I think there are much more ideas in songs than Body Hound has. Anyway I believe also in this forum there are people who will like it.

Although I already have really much to listen (I want to listen great albums many many times) I am interested to listen new music that I havenīt heard before and I donīt care is it new or old. I havenīt found very many great artists (IMO) that has started after 2000, but there are some, for example Knifeworld & Jambinai.
