Private/limited press album from Swedish band from Uppsala. There are strong folk elements in the best tracks here, used in similar style to such bands like Arbete och Fritid (additional use of saxophones/ trumpets), Kebnekajse (guitar), Kvartetten som Sprangde (keyboards), Flasket Brinner (jammy psych style + folk) and more. Often we hear Ganglat and similar tradional melodies, but with rock sensibility. Members Anders Skoglund played with Bo Hansson and Tomo Wihma was in Panta Rei. I don't know about what are the lirycs (left-wing political...?), but most important is music and it's quite good or very good, especially: - slow moving (revolutionary?) "Indianens Blod" with jammy guitar and saxophone - "Linas Lek / Ganglat Fran Vettet" is absolutely great psych folk trip, very smooth. - "Liksom En Hedinna" very good with more traditional folk jazzy rock (100% Kebnekajse) - "Se Men Inte Röra" has funny nostalgic melody 1/Kontinuerlig Drift 1977 full album playlist: 1. Terroristen (4:42) 2. Indianens Blod (6:39) 3. Linas Lek 4. Ganglat Fran Vettet (11:40) 5. Svarta Dagar Svarta Nätter (8:03) 6. Liksom En Herdinna (6:47) 7. Se Men Inte Röra (4:22) 8. Skookian (4:50) From RYM: Alf Arvidsson (piano, vocals), Bo Anders Skoglund (guitar), Hakan Eriksson (guitar), Lars Södergren (saxophone), Leif Eriksson (bass), Tomo Wihma (drums), Ulf Niskanen (vibraphone) Funny fact: As usual, Opeth refers to old bands on their records and on their new album In Cauda Venenum there's a track "Kontinuerlig Drift".

standard blues, psych and folk for me this is far away from progressive rock, in its entirety |

I know I know - I meant mainly on the basis of very nice
"Linas Lek/Ganglat Fran Vettet" - also jazzy in the second part
and "Liksom En Herdinna" as closest. These are the problems with these uneven albums (but these 2 tracks last something about 17 min).
