I thought I would do a Rush poll to honor the memory of the great one we just lost(Neil Peart). If you have a favorite that is not listed please mention it in the comments section. RIP Neil.

Of these, Signals is my least fave. All others are solid, but 2112 for me.

Not a big Rush fan...but I do like both Waves and Moving Pictures...about the same.

It's between 2112 and Moving Pictures. My favourite song from the lot is, of course, 2112, but for the whole album I have to go with Moving Pictures.

It's between Hemispheres and Moving Pictures. Voted Hemispheres. Permanent Waves and Signals are #3 and #4 for me.

To me it has been Hemispheres from the eighties. Signals is last really good album from them.

Hemispheres as an album for me - although Xanadu as a track pips La Villa Strangiato by a hair's breadth.

That era was their best. I will add GUP, PoWin and HYF for good measure

I'll go with Presto for sentimental reasons...first Rush album I bought on release date.

Pretty solid.

What I meant was that I heard Hemispheres and all those other Rush albums in the eighties first time and Hemispheres become already in the eighties my favorite (and has stayed that). I was thinking after my comment somebody might think I believe Hemispheres made in the eighties, but I let it be.

Moving Pictures for sure. There is probably only a small handful of albums I would put above it by anyone.

Vapor Trails and Counterparts are also great albums that would be high on my list of favourite Rush albums.
