The deadline for collaborators/reviewers etc to submit their lists is tomorrow, so the list should be forthcoming fairly soon after that.

it's like the title of the thread says - " collaborators' top albums".
So collabs 2019 album choices.

A good list, check it out. Tongue

Right! Soo, how does one become a collaborator then? Big smile

Now having got a proper CD of The Waste Of Space Orchestra I'm still sticking to my assertion it was the best album I heard from last year. Despite it's initial limited release it still found it's way into the PA top ten.

Hey Phil, I wasn't aware of another CDC album, is it a live concert?

Yes. Live two man lineup from a concert in 2018. (There is also guest vocals on one track).

And yes, it did sneak in under the radar. I only found it while searching discogs for a different album from them.
Ok thanks, I'll check it out.

I have been using Spotify to check out the top 10.  A lot of new to me artists there. I have also been enjoying artists that I was already familiar with. Now have added in some new 2020 releases.  There are only two artists on your lists that I am familiar with.  If I have some time before my premium trial expires I may check some ot those out.  Perhaps it is in part a familiarity thing?
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

I loved Brossaklit, but sus was quite a bit of a step down IMO. I felt like Le Grand Sbam had way more energy and adventurousness.

I think seeing Sus live helped bring it to life for me.

I bought the Yokai album after finding it in the progressiveears new releases thread in September and it's been on fairly regular rotation ever since.

I thought the new Gong was pretty good and was surprised it only got 4 points in this poll.

Just glad to see them both so high.

I'll need to give Le Grand Sbam another listen. I love PoiL but couldn't get into Vaisseau Monde.
