(I hope I'm correcting this correctly)

Maybe I'll reveal my choices a little later once there are enough votes. But these are my favorites, and curious what you all think.

Feel free to mention a song I didn't list.

Thanks for voting!

One Of These Days. Sounds even better live.

to take the place of the mud shark in your mythology...

Copy and Paste Part II...

I chose Pigs and Money......Not a big fan of Waters in general, but his playing on both is not ground breaking just very solid. Money has nice thick string plucks coming from my speakers, very detailed, especially on my 30th Anniversary LP edition.

Choices will be the same on the other site.....Tongue

I always dug Roger's early stuff on bass.. nothing technically to wow ya but that isn't what music is about now is it...  it was the Rick...that 4001 had such a great distinctive tone that you just can't get out of a workhorse Precision... and added some real tonal color to their early albums and that .. a myriad of musical colors.. that was what Floyd was about especially their early stuff before it went too hard to the over intellectual psychoanalytical lyrically driven stuff...

I think that the bass on Pigs is played by Gilmour

I think you're right. I also think that any fretless bass on Floyd tracks was played by Gilmour.

I suppose 'One of these days'...but never thought Waters was much of a bass player .
