My precisely five brain cell mind came up with this stupid poll. I just thought about how these bands got some absolutely killer tracks that start with the letter B. Sorry Burden and Beneath the Mire, gonna have to sit this one out. Option one for me, Bridges in the Sky is my favorite DT song and Baying is a top 5 Opeth song for me!

Option 1 and yes, this is a very weird poll... but who cares anyway.

Dream Theater
Bridges in the Sky > Beyond This Life > Blind Faith I think "Bridges..." functions the best as a song instead of technical showcase. Riffage, buildups and that oriental sounding bridge work really well imo. Opeth All three are somewhere between "amazing" and "kvlt" in my book. Miniscule differences, sometimes I lean towards Bleak, at other times Blackwater Park, and there are times I think Drapery Falls is the best thing on BWP... Ofc Baying of the Hounds is top heavy with great riffs, piano/organ bits and headbang inducing passages, no matter how you cut this track you'll come up with something fantastic. Since Opeth songs are virtually even, Dream Theater makes the winner. Option 1.
