My vote: Red Barchetta Jacob's Ladder Limelight I think Red Barchetta is considerably richer than Limelight, but the latter also deserves praise: it's catchy, tightly played, the chorus is just wonderful - once more we're treated with trademark Lifeson chords arpeggiated, giving it so much cool factor with a pinch of melancholy. Also like how the solo ends, with that everlasting vibrato! So yeah, I'll give Limelight an outside chance!

Jacob's Ladder By-Tor & The Snow Dog The Necromancer Jacob's Ladder, to me is one of those songs that gets lost in the Rush catalog. I remember as a teen, lets see 1980 I was a HS sophomore, and that album and song were played on constant rotation. Being Catholic, I connected with the song....understanding even then that Neil Peart had a different feeling/meaning for the song which is fine as to me songs are what we make it to be......He gave me the tools to make it what I wanted.

Sorry but this is getting a bit dull , if we have yet another track from the 1976-1982 era then I'm out.
