I turned off Hackett after Cured and returned to him when he made the brilliant Darktown so that's one I haven't listened to.

Same. Except that after being impressed by the next couple of albums after Darktown, too, I decided to start working my way backwards in case I had unfairly missed some gems. There’s no way that Faces is as good as Darktown, but it has its charms - enough for me to give it the edge over any other of the albums listed in this poll. |
