Uploading my bio onto my profile page

I've tried this numerous times over the years and have yet to be successful. Any clues as to how to upload my bio into the big (empty) "BIOGRAPHY" box on my personal "Reviewer Page"?

You can't cut and paste it from a Word doc?

Actually, I just went to my reviewer's profile page and I can't even see where you would enter a profile. Can you post a SNIP of the page that shows that?

When you "Log In", then push "Edit your old reviews & ratings", a page comes up under <<www.progarchives.com/ReviewerPage.asp>>

It has your PA name ("BRUFORDFREAK"),
then "REAL NAME: Drew Fisher"
then "LOCATION: Wisconsin"
then a link to "edit member account information"
then "BIOGRAPHY" sitting above a huge, whole page empty white box, below which, when you page down, is a PA "SUBMIT" button before the start of ones list of reviews in chronological order.

I've tried over and over to type in, upload, past in, and "submit" a bio many times over the years. Nothing has ever taken; my biography box remains empty despite all these attempts.

WHY?

I guess you have not been added in Admin Panel as a Collab. I've done ... please retry.
