I enjoy all of these bands and the choosing is tough ; National Health  is the stand out ;for no reason other than the great Dave Stewart. Colosseum II , UK, runners up but also tremendous lps.

Another one for National Health. much as I love 'Time and Tide', the two National Health albums were on a whole different level.

No votes for Twice Bitten?  They were around in the neo-prog era and I saw them support Pendragon and Solstice.  If you want Ant Phillips/Genesis 'Trespass' era then look no further...

PS - their 'Late Cuts' album is on Spotify
