Difficult. I love both Subterranea and Not of this World. The latter wins today.

1) IQ - their best album and vastly better than The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway
2) Pendragon - one of their brilliant trilogy
3) Mostly Autumn - not their very best, but still excellent.
A TVR is not a car. It's a way of life.

The Underfall Yard - the beginning of Big Big Train's golden age.

Followed by Lightbulb Sun, Until All the Ghosts Are Gone, and Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence.
I use they/them pronouns (feel free to ask me about this!)

Check out my music on my bandcamp!

I guess Six Degrees... though that one is sort of frustrating, given that the first disc is my favourite disc of them, but the Six Degrees suite does nothing for me.

I want the answer to be Wobbler, but I'm struggling with the concept of their sixth album being their first three albums. So I went with IQ.

I had no idea Wobbler's sixth album was actually a compilation of their first three albums, but the title "I-III" should have given me a big clue. Embarrassed

A great line-up of albums for this sixth modern prog poll, although I'm afraid there's no Deliverance for Opeth again. I've seen that movie too, which reminds me, there's a Burt Reynolds movies poll coming up soon. Wink
