PRESS RELEASE: ANARCHY, ORCHESTRE CELESTI (RPI) 10TH ALBUM

Two years after ContraXt, a predominantly orchestral album dominated by the Phygital Simphony suite for digital orchestra and Moog Grandmother, Orchestre Celesti are back with a completely different album. "Anarchy" is the result of an accurate research of sound design, which built around the original drafts (all conceived on the piano) layers of electronic but emotionally significant environments. The harmonies are sometimes inspired by the 80' with extensive use of sequencers, other times by contemporary jazz with wide room for improvisation.

Anarchy is a long-running album, about 75 ', the result of two years of music composition and testing of new instruments.

It opens with a two-part suite, "Hammers", which reflects the sadness and anxiety of the last two years of life dominated by the pandemic and now by War…

It closes with two tracks taken from previous albums, but completely revised: one of the two, "The Carousel of Life" preserves the fundamental contributions by Phil Dolfini on drums (with different sounds) and Paolo Dolfini on synth (wonderful solo at the beginning of the song).

The cover is courtesy of Sergio Gatta, an interesting Italian painter and sculptor, who has already loaned his works for the amazing covers of The Court Of Miracles Vol I and II.
