   Noctambulist are an American blackened death metal band from Denver, Colorado. Formed in 2016, Noctambulist are a quartet consisting of vocalist Sean McConnell (formerly of Nicaraguan Death Squad and Victim of Fire), guitarist Andreas Tee (formerly of Expurgate), bassist Ryan Hunter (formerly of Burn the Fleet) and drummer Michael Nolan (of Cordyceps and Cyclonusfilth).
Noctambulist revealed themselves in early 2017 with The Soil Tears Ligament From Bone To Cleanse The Earth, a digital single posted to their Bandcamp. Atmospheres of Desolation, Noctambulist's debut album, was released on Blood Harvest in 2019, with its sophomore, The Barren Form, following via Willowtip Records in 2021 (featuring Dreadnought's Kelly Schilling on the song "Engulfed").
Following in the footsteps of extreme avant-garde pioneers Gorguts, Ulcerate and Deathspell Omega, Noctambulist will appeal to fans of Convulsing, Seputus, Karmacipher, Baring Teeth, Altarage and Sunless.
