Spriggan Mist are a Pagan prog/folk rock band from Wokingham in the UK. They've released 6 albums, the first in 2009. Their live performances include costumes and dancers. Their music is a mix of folk, classic rock and progressive rock. They've recently played at HRH Prog in Sheffield, and at the Cambridge Rock Festival, and are booked for more progressive rock festivals such as Fusion 2023.

They've linked some YouTube videos on their website, at https://www.sprigganmist.com/media-page.

A review of their latest album can be read at https://theprogressiveaspect.net/blog/2022/04/20/spriggan-mist-isambard-the-mechanical-dragon/

They've been cleared for addition! Would you mind providing a more detailed original biography for the group, i.e. origin, band members and their duties, etc? Once we have that we'll be able to officially add them to the archives.

Thanks Gordy, here's the information I've gleaned from their website, although I can ask the band members for more details if needed.

Spriggan Mist are a Pagan prog/folk band originating from Bracknell, UK. Formed by husband and wife Baz and Maxine Cilia in 2008, they have released 6 albums upto and including 2022. Their music generally stems from folk rock but they are much more diverse than that, often extending into classic and progressive rock. Their live shows are quite theatrical, enhanced by Pagan costumes and the Jadoo-Tribal Dance team.

Current members:
Fay Brotherhood - lead vocalist
Baz Cilia - bass, vocals, bazouki, lyricist
Maxine Cilia - guitar, saxophone, wind instruments, backing vocals, songwriter
Neil Wighton - lead guitarist
Colin Garratt - drums

more albums will still be added.  It's very hard to find a complete discog with releases, credits, song titles etc.  discogs.com doesn't even have them and for some reason my ip is being blocked from rateyourmusic
